The Division of Engineering and Buildings (DEB) sets policies and procedures for and generally oversees the Commonwealth’s design and construction programs. The Division acts as the Building Code Official for all facilities constructed on state-owned property. It operates and maintains about 6.45 million square feet of buildings and grounds at the seat of government to include the Governor’s Mansion and the State Capitol.

2015 Capital Outlay and Facilities Management Forum

State Agency Facility Officers and Capital Outlay Managers are invited to attend the annual Capital Outlay and Facilities Management Forum provided by the DGS Division of Engineering and Buildings (DEB).   The forum will be held at the Patrick Henry Office Building in Richmond, Virginia, from 10:00am until approximately 3:00pm on Wednesday, May 6, 2015.  Detailed directions and parking instructions will be provided upon submission of the below registration form.

Please return the completed registration form to DEB no later than Friday, April 24, 2015.   Lunch will be provided, so it is important that we have an accurate count by that date.
