Construction Highlights

  • Demolition of existing surface parking lots and foundation systems of previously demolished buildings
  • Designed and constructed in accordance with Virginia Energy Conservation and Environmental Standards
  • New sidewalks and landscaping in conformance with City of Richmond ordinance
  • New emergency generator supplied by two fuel sources
  • Four electric elevators
  • Uninterrupted Power Supply system
  • LED light fixtures
  • Security including proximity card readers at all doors and gates, close circuit TV system, roll up entry gates, and code blue emergency stations
